An Infusion Set is a medical device used to deliver intravenous fluids into a patient's body to meet hydration and electrolyte needs, as well as for treatment and nutritional purposes.

Application
General instructions for medical staff:

1. Close the roller clamp.

2. Insert the spike needle vertically into the seal of the fluid container (infusion bag/bottle).

3. Hang the fluid container (infusion).

4. Gently press the drip chamber until it is half-filled with fluid.

5. Open the roller clamp to fill the infusion set. Ensure the infusion tubing is filled with fluid up to the end.

6. Connect the infusion tubing to the venous cannula and adjust the flow using the roller clamp.
